For about I week I've been waking up at 2:11am every morning.  First couple days it annoyed the hell outta me.  I tried my usual mediate, play with my toys 😊, take CBD and none of the usual knock me out stuff worked.  The third day I said fuck it and started heading to the gym 4am in the morning for like three days.  I was exhausted.  A week in it hit me. I'm up at 2:11am EVERY SINGLE MORNING!!!  There had to be something to it.  Here's what I found:  I'm angry and my liver needs to detox.  I mean I get it.  I work a job I hate and I recently went back to eating garbage.

I don't like New Years Resolutions.  I feel like we are constantly evolving and changing so why wait when you know it's time to make a change.  With that said.  I'm done.  Done hating my job. Done eating crap.  Right here. Right now.  Well the way I'm set up I'll need a cheat day here and there but yeah I'm done.  LET'S DO THIS.
